Menaggio is located in the central area of Lake Como, on the western shore, at the beginning of a wide valley that connects Menaggio to Lake Lugano.

It is a renowned tourist resort equipped with excellent hotels, golf courses, tourist port, swimming pool, camping, and a youth hostel.

The heart of the village is the historic centre, whose jewel is the town square on the lakeside, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The beautiful lakefront, shaded by rows of flowers and fauna, leaves the tourist port and rejoins the state road Regina and from here you can continue to Nobiallo, a village in Menaggio.
